Fahrenheit 88

It has been few months I did not been to Bintang Walk and there has been changed a lot but I there is one thing in my mind is, Bintang Walk for me is upgraded Petaling Street if Pavilion were not there which also mean Pavilion make Bintang Walk to be high graded. Before Pavilion were there, Bintang Walk is just like another type of Petaling Street regardless with Coffee Bean, Starbucks, haagen danz around beside the road which make it feel a bit of high class but what is the significant of what I going to write here is how we are going to make Bintang Walk like our neighbor Singapore orchard road. Actually, I'm not sure why they build Fahrenheit 88 there, I have been inside there and the architecture and the interior of the building is really awful which also just like another Sg. Wang building just the air-conditional is cooler. The store inside there is not really reach the standard and do not why the management did let them rent the lot there. Regardless, the interior design of the building is just like another Cap Square shopping mall which is also a "WASTE MONEY" shopping mall.

Next, I would like to give my view on the renovation of Lot 10 building, it is totally another "WASTE MONEY" project on Lot 10 building as we can see KL plaza to Lot 10 from last 10 years what can we say is "INFLECTION". The reason I say Lot 10 renovation is waste money because no matter how you renovate the building, the build architecture is still the same and cannot change, inside the mall is still as down as "LORONG HAJI TAIB", even I think the business area of LORONG HAJI TAIB is more competitive than LOT 10. Just their rental is so high that make it survive but in reality their business is really sad to be say, in 5 years after contract they will back to the last time LOT 10 which is the same before renovation. Therefore, from my view point Bintang Walk do really need a CHANGE, a change that can last longer than we expected. Here, I would like to suggest, since Mr. tlY is quite rich why not demolish the KL Plaza & LOT 10, and then find some great architect and interior designer to help you to build something more realistic rather than keep putting money to renovate on this building. For example, this two lot can build something high graded building, another skyscraper which last for long and help Malaysia business and currency grow and attract more tourist to visit Bintang Walk. Remain the 10 Lu Tung as traditional and cultural food because this will attract more people and office people come to eat during lunch time or anytime.

Besides that, I see there is a great move of Vincci to open at Bintang Walk because they will be one of the top brand soon, as i expected not more than 7 years from now because they really put effort on their design and quality. But I'm not sure their quality is reach until which grade if compare with others. But, what we can learn from Vincci brand is their strategy on fashion line is truly wonderful for them.

Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, as consider the high graded architecture and winner of some shopping mall list. I drop my eyes when I see C.Club leave Pavilion, probably is not really profitable or having a total loss, who knows about that. What I expected is Italian On Sixth will leave due to their food and quality and YES, they are taken by other now. There is some changes in Pavilion from their shop lot and restaurant but there are still in the track of Great Shopping Mall from their management and services.
